Throughout our lives, we can have times of struggles with our emotional health. Counselling can help to provide a protected time to discover those repeated patterns in our lives, which harm our relationships.

About me and my practice
I offer a safe and calm space to explore any difficulties you are experiencing in your life and allow you to explore with me either through talking therapy or using creative materials in a safe confidential place. I can support you in exploring your emotions and becoming more self-aware, helping you look at unhelpful behaviour patterns. Our sessions will look at understanding ways of regaining control, and explore coping strategies to improve communication to build on your strength and resilience.
